We understand that shopping can be tricky sometimes! At By Avelien we strive for a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. Above all, we want to make sure you are satisfied! Here are the basic rules for returns:

• Term: You can return items within 14 days after receiving your package.
• Condition of products: Items must be unworn and undamaged , with all tags still attached.
• Exceptions: We do not accept accessories and jewelry for hygienic reasons. Unfortunately, we cannot accept soldered items or products with stains .

Problems with reception

Did you receive a defective or wrong item? Please contact us within 7 days at info@byavelien.be with the necessary photos or evidence.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Online application process

Register your return or exchange easily online by entering your tracking code on our return portal . Please note, sales and items purchased with a credit code are final purchases.

Return options

• Credit code: Choose a credit code and receive ✨ 15% EXTRA credit ✨ on top of the amount of your item(s).
• Refund: You can also opt for a refund through the official payment platform.

Physical return

• In store: Return your item(s) to our store in Diest within 14 days free of charge. Make sure you have the confirmation of your online registration with you.
• By shipping: Send your return to our warehouse in Lommel. The shipping costs are at your expense.

Exceptions and special conditions

• Sales and special promotions: Items purchased during sales or with a credit code cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Hygiene and condition: Items that have been worn, have stains or perfume smells will not be accepted.
• Gift Cards: Are excluded from our exchange and return policy.

Important information

Without online registration, your return or exchange is not valid. Make sure you do not skip this step, even if you decide to return the item in person. For returns in the store, the purchase amount is never refunded in cash, but processed via the original payment platform.
