Can I enjoy an ongoing discount with my gift card?
If you have received a gift card for an 'amount', so no second discount code, this is possible. If you notice that something is going wrong, it may be that the payment system is not cooperating and you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve it for you. In most cases we let you place the order and credit the amount that was overpaid.
Can I purchase a physical gift card?
Ofcourse! This is possible in our store at Felix Moonsstraat 14, Diest. If you buy one online, you will receive a digital gift card from us within 48 hours, which you can then personalize and wrap yourself.
Can I make a purchase in the store with my digital gift card?
The gift cards purchased on the webshop can only be exchanged on the webshop. If you would like to use it in the store, you can send an email in advance to email@example.com and we'll see how we can resolve this for you.
Can I make a purchase online with my physical gift card?

How long will my gift card be valid?
Each gift card, digital or physical, remains valid for one year.
Can I exchange a gift card for the relevant amount?
You can exchange an item that was purchased with a gift card for another item without any problems (provided you pay the shipping costs yourself, as you do with every return). Exchange for the relevant amount is not possible. If the newly chosen item is cheaper than the exchanged item, you will receive a new gift card/code instead. For this you can send an email to email@example.com .
